Abstract

Frozen Shoulder is a disorder of the shoulder. Adhesiva capsulitis is one of the causative factors of frozen shoulder which is caused by adhesions to the joint capsule causing limited movement of the shoulder and the onset of pain. The purpose of writing is to determine the implementation of Physiotherapy interventions using Infrared modalities, Traction, and pendulum exercises. After doing therapy for 3 times, there is a decrease in pain that is tenderness in m. Uppertrapezius T0: 4 becomes T3: 1, motion pain TO: 5.4 becomes T3: 4.2 and silent pain T0: 1 becomes T3: 0. Increasing the scope of motion of the joint, namely the sagittal movement of 40O - 0O - 120O to 45O - 0O - 160O. The frontal movement of 100O - 0O - 35O to be 145O - 0O -45O. And the increase in the ability of functional activities with SPADI is 43.84% to 35%. Infrared can reduce pain, Pendulum exercise can increase the scope of motion of the joint and traction can reduce adhesions that exist so that it can improve the ability of functional activity.
