Abstract

Increasing and reducing the load that occurs in the industrial electrical system can cause the working system to become unstable, therefore in this final project research is carried out to obtain a load sharing that is operated in parallel or used in an optimal generator and not in accordance with the electrical power requirements in the unit. The method used in this study is droop and ishocronous speed, which is the definition of normal limits on the frequency of active power load with a value of 60 Hz ± 0.5 Hz. To find out the maximum turnover of the generator power rotation that is parallel to the automatic system, then do research and data retrieval carried out at PT Pertamina EP Field IV Asset Sukowati on May 15, 2019. With the same time the power generator 1-4 generator gets a value minimum and maximum is for a minimum value of 246 KW active power with a frequency of 60.92 Hz and for a maximum active power value of 463 KW with a frequency of 59.88 Hz. Each optimal generator is in accordance with the normal frequency value.
