Abstract

Fracture is a breakdown of bone continuity, an epiphyseal plate or joint prone surface. Humeral fracture is the disconnection of the humeral bone accompanaied by damage to soft tissue (muscle, skin, nerve, and blood vessels ). To determine the management of physiotherapy in reducing pain, edema, and increasing rang of motion joint with Infra Red Modalities And Exercise Therapy.after therapy fot 3 times the result of pain reduction in silent pain were obtained T0: 3 become T3: 1, tenderness pain were obtained T0: 4 become T3: 2, and motion pain were obtained T0: 7 become T3: 3, there is a decrease in edema measures from acromion point 5 cm go down T0: 43 cm become T3: 41, measured from acromion 10 cm go down T: 44 become T3: 42 cm, measured from acromion 15 cm go down T0: 43 become T3: 41 cm and there is an increase in ROM flekxion shoulder To: 90° become T3: 95° and increase in ROM abduction shoulder T0: 95° become T3: 100°. Infra Red And Exercise Therapy can reduce pain, edema, and increase the ROM in cases post orif humeral fracture 1/3 proximal dextra.
