Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of general allocation funds, regional income and regional expenditure on the human development index in the Province of Indonesia in 2012-2017. The type of data used in this study is combined secondary data from cross section data and time series from 2012- 2017. Where is the data get it from BPS Indonesia publication and Indonesian Financial Statistics. The sample in this study were 34 provinces. Panel data regression analysis method. The chosen model is Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that in the cross section and time series variables of the general allocation fund, local revenue and regional expenditure have a significant influence on the province's human development index in Indonesia in 2012-2017.
