Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of the Sragen District Prosecutor's Office in monitoring the prisoners who have conditional release in the Sragen jurisdiction. In the perspective of the Human Rights the prosecutor in carrying out his supervisory role has various rights and limitations in carrying out the supervisory role of prisoners who obtain conditional release, therefore, the emissary wants to know more deeply about the roles and steps that the prosecutor will take as law enforcement to respond to prisoners who get release conditional in Sragen district. Prosecutors in applying the law is one of the efforts to create order, security and peace in the community whether it is an effort to prevent or eradicate or enforce the law. especially on how prosecutors in this development pay attention to human values in upholding the law.
