Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, and placement of employees on the work productivity of employees in the company PP.Kerja Boyolali. This study also aims to determine together the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. Research data collection techniques through questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results show that both partially and simultaneously the influence variables of employee recruitment and placement have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in PP.KERJA Boyolali. In the determinant coefficient (R²) obtained the result of Recruitment (X1) and Employee Placement (X2) which are quite large and able to explain Working Productivity variable (Y).
