Abstract

The increasing economic growth in Boyolali has triggered an increase in infrastructure fulfillment. The apartment is one of the people's residential choices in densely populated areas. The purpose of this final project is to provide advice on planning the structure of the apartment in Boyolali. The Regulations used as a reference are SNI-1726:2012 (Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Gedung dan Non-Gedung) and SNI-2847:2013 (Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung). he building planning location is near Adi Sumarmo Airport which has a medium type of land (SD) with value of Ss = 0,731 and value of S1 = 0,307. Planning uses a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) with building primacy factor value (Ie) = 1.0 and modifying response (R) = 8. Planning material structure using concrete with f'c = 25 MPa, reinforcing longitudinal steel fy = 390 MPa, and reinforcement (begel) steel fyt = 300 MPa. The roof structure uses a gable frame with profile of rafter IWF200.150.6.9 mm and profile of coloum H150.150.7.10. Profile of gording use C125x50x20x4,5. The portal elements of the central building and the edge building are planned in the form of a main beam with a size of 450/700 mm and 300/500 mm, secondary beam with 250/400 mm, sloof beam with 400/600 mm, a Lift Beam measuring 250/400 mm for a middle building, and a column size of 700/700 mm. The separation of the middle building and the edge building (dilatation) is planned to use an up-bottom beam with a horizontal critical distance (δMT) of 15 cm and a vertical critical distance (δV) of 10 cm. The lower structure (foundation) of the middle building and the edge building is planned to be a poer with dimensions of 2000x2000x500 mm and a pile measuring 250x250 mm with a length of 11 m.
