Abstract
Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng is one restaurant that sells processed chicken as its main product. Through the tagline "Jagonya Geprek Kuah", Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng wants to introduce innovative chicken-based foods with unique flavors. Social media management activities aim to promote products online by communicating messages about products sold to consumers and increasing and maintaining consumer loyalty. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, sampling using a purposive side method. The interview technique was carried out overnight and the observation and documentation on the Instagram account @Geprek_Abangireng. Data validity uses data source triangulation. The results of this study that online promotion by Geprek Abang Ireng Chicken is in the form of new menu advertisements, opening outlets, and collaboration with public accounts. The management of social media has an effect on the interest of consumers who in fact have social media accounts. The use of Instagram social media features such as uploads, photo titles, hashtags and comments is also very helpful in promotional activities carried out online.
