Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out what factors caused the eleventh grade students of SMK N 1 Banyudono to experience difficulties learning MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) accounting and efforts to overcome learning difficulties MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) accounting. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with ethnographic research design. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were factors that caused student learning difficulties including psychological factors in the learning process of students which included intelligence that was still lacking when working on accounting transactions without guidebooks and low self-motivation which was characterized by indifference when still not understanding the subject matter. Student environmental factors, namely the teacher also causes student learning difficulties. The teacher's teaching style is still not optimal in delivering material because it is too fast. The factors of student learning facilities and infrastructure are also the causes of student learning difficulties which include tools / media, teaching materials and learning facilities that are considered to be not optimal. Student learning habits factors with SKS (Overnight Speed System) are also the cause of student learning difficulties. The teacher's efforts in overcoming learning difficulties are by implementing remedial programs, giving assignments and guidance services.
