Abstract

Ulnar nerve lesions can cause Claw Hand, metacarpal hyperextension and reduce motor strength during flexion. Tendon transfer surgery is performed to replace the proximal interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal flexion movements or physiologically grasping movements. Theeobjective to study physiotherapy methods to deal with injuries, improve motionn, increaseemuscleestrength, and improveefunctionl activity in postoperative transfer of tendons and causa claw hands using active training modalities, reinforcement, and functional exercises with a scale Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI).Results after three treatments were obtained from the pain reliever in the movement T0: 3 to T4: 1, silent pain T0: 1 to T4: 0, tenderness T0: 2 to T4: 0, increasing the movement of traffic in the joint proximal interphalang on second finger T0: 65 ° to T4: 20 °, third finger T0: 45 ° to T4: 10 °, fourth finger T0: 35 ° to T4: 0 °, finger increases T0: 30 ° to T4: 0 °, increases Muscle tightness in the flexor digitorum superficial muscle T0: 3 becomes T4: 5, increases activity ability and functional scale with Wrist Hand Disability Index (WHDI) T0: 66% level of weight requirementtto T4: 34% mild ability level. Active exercise, strengthening, and functional exerciseccanmreduce pressure, increaseejoint motion, increaseemusclemstrength andmimprove activity and functional abilities in postoperative tendon transfers due to hand claws.
