Abstract
The purpose of this study is the development and effectiveness of landslide preparedness animation learning videos for PMR members in Tawangmangu 1 Junior High School. The research method was using the Research And Development method which adopted a development plan from Borg and Gall. Development design using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with 35 respondents, namely PMR member students. The results of the development found that the final product assessment by the research respondents had a value of 4, 25 from a scale of 5.0 and entered into the category "GOOD". The average score of pre-test is 51.57 and the average post-test score is 87.42. The difference in the results of understanding of landslide disaster preparedness material has increased by an average of 35.85. The results of the T-test on the value of pre-test and post-test on the level of understanding of students in landslide disaster preparedness material showed a significant value of 0,000 <0.05 so that the decision that H0 was rejected and Hi was accepted, that there were significant differences between the results of pre-test and post-test, the product developed is declared effective to be used in the learning process on the PMR extracurricular.
