Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment to the employee performance of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Binalanggeng Mulia and PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA) KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi. Research using 50 employee respondents with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis used in this research is test instrument of research, test of classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, and coefficient determination (R2). The results obtained from this study are work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously work motivation and work environment have positive impact which significant on the employee performance with contribution given (Ajusted R2) equal to 50,9% and the rest 49,1% explained by other variable.
