Abstract

Islam regulates every aspect of the life of its people. Regulate the relationship of a servant with his God (Allah) which is commonly referred to as muamalah ma'allah and also regulates relations with fellow human beings, commonly referred to as muamalah ma'annas. It is this relationship between human beings that gives birth to a branch of science in Islam known as Fiqh muamalah. The aspect of the study is something that relates to muamalah or the relationship between one community and another. Starting from buying and selling, renting, debt and others. To fulfill daily needs, every Muslim must carry out a transaction commonly called buying and selling. The seller sells the item, and the buyer buys it by exchanging the item for a sum of money agreed upon by both parties. If in the past this transaction was carried out directly with the meeting of the two parties, then in the present day buying and selling is not limited to just one room. With the advancement of technology, and the widespread use of the internet, both parties can transact smoothly. The large number of people who are starting to get to know smartphones and the internet is also one indication that e-commerce in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth. One of the online buying and selling service providers is bukalapak.com. Based on the data collected and the analysis that has been stated in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that buying and selling at bukalapak.com in the perspective of Islam is permissible. In Islam, any transaction and whatever its creation, as long as it does not contain things that cause harm to one of the parties to the transaction and the goods being traded are not prohibited items and are prohibited both by religious law (Islamic law) as well as goods or objects that are unclean and forbidden such as drugs and or by state law as well as stolen goods, corruption, money laundering, then it is permissible.
