Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors including effectiveness, trust, and skill level. The object of this research is supermarkets in Surakarta and Sukoharjo cities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of effectiveness, trust, and skill level on individual performance in the use of accounting information system technology in supermarkets in Surakarta and Sukoharjo regencies. Research The population in this study were supermarket employees in Surakarta and Sukoharjo regencies. . The sample in this study is a total of 5 supermarkets totaling 100 respondents. The method of collecting data uses questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression.Independent variables which consist of effectiveness, trust, and skill level have a significant effect on individual performance in the use of information system technology. Variables of effectiveness, trust, and skill level together have a significant effect on individual performance in the use of information system
