Abstract
Abstract The study aims to analyze the influence of education levels, health, wages, and investment on labor productivity in Central Java Province. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression, which is a combination of cross section data (35 districts / cities in Central Java) and time series data for five years (2013-2017). The data used was obtained from the official website of the Central Java Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on the results of the Chow test and the Hausman Test the best model chosen is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the results of the validity test (t test) at the significance level (α) of 0.10 the education and health variables did not affect the labor productivity of Central Java Province, the wage variable had a positive and significant effect, while the investment variable had a negative and significant effect on labor productivity in Central Java in 2013-2017. Keywords: Labor Productivity, Education, Health, Wages, Investment, Panel Data.
