Abstract

This study aims to analyze contribution of tourism sector revenues, the number of visitors and the number of hotels to the domestic income. Data used in this study are secondary data obtained from relevant agencies, reference books, and economic journals. In this study, to analyze the influence of the Tourism Sector, Number of Visitors and Number of Hotels on the domestic income in Magetan Regency in 2002 - 2016, OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression analysis was used. The regression results show that the tourism sector variables and the number of visitors have a positive and significant effect on local revenue, while the number of hotels does not have a significant effect on domestic income in Magetan Regency up to a significance level of 0.10. Due to the limitations of data that only took samples over the past 15 years not all variables had significant results.
