Abstract

Regional development is an effort carried out by the community and the government to improve the welfare of the community. Eromoko Sub-district is one of the sub-districts located in Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. One manifestation of the practice of democracy in public services in Eromoko Sub-district is to give the community an opportunity to submit complaints through mailboxes in the sub-district office. However, the community is not enthusiastic about making complaints because it requires more time to deliver it. This public complaint application aims to facilitate the Eromoko District community in making complaints about the surrounding conditions and population services without having to come to the sub-district office. So that later it is expected that the Eromoko Sub-district government can improve public services by following up on public complaints or forwarding complaints to the relevant agencies. This application was developed using the Android Studio software in the Java programming language using the Android Software Development Kit (SDK). While the website used by admin to process data is developed with the PHP programming language.
