Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of foreign managers, foreign commissioners, and foreign ownership on company performance as measured by the ROA ratio of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sample used for this study was 21 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 5 percent, which is then processed using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that the presence of foreign director improves company performance, while foreign commissioner and foreign ownership do not affect company performance.
