Abstract

Solo City is one of the cities of education in Indonesia where there are educational institutions such as campuses etc. Building a college building in the center of a solo city is not easy because the land is minimal. The purpose of this final project is to plan the structure of 6 floors +1 basement lecture building with a Intermediete Moment Resisting Frame (IMRF) in the Solo region and calculated based on the SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, SNI 2847-2013. The tools / software used in this plan include SAP2000, AutoCad, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and SketchUp. There are 2 main types of calculations, namely the calculation of the upper structure including the calculation of gable frames, portals, plates, stairs and lower structures including calculation of pile, sloof, and basement foundations. The planned earthquake resistant building structure uses dynamic earthquake analysis based on a spectrum map of the Solo region obtained from the official government website, puskim.go.id. In the calculation of the foundation used 30 MPa concrete quality and the calculation of other structures is 25 MPa. Calculation of gable frame roof using IWF profile 150x150 mm for rafter and channel profile 100x50 mm for recording. Portals calculation results obtained column dimensions of 700x700 mm basement floor, 1st floor 650x650 mm, floors 2-6 600x600 mm and beam dimensions 400x600 mm for all floors. Dimensions of pile foundations are 400x400 mm in size and for 300 x 500 mm sloof.
