Abstract
This study aims to determine Effect of Market Orientation Customer Satisfaction (Study at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta Prodi), The research is a survey research using questionnaires as an instrument. The population in this study is the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta Prodi. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there are significant negative and intelligence generation to customer satisfaction, evidenced from t value of -0.165 with a significance value of 0.870 (0.870> 0.05), there is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction intelligence dissemination, evidenced by t value 3.390 with significance value of 0,0,002 (0.002 <0.05);
