Abstract

This study aims to determine the association of activity with blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus prolanis at the Kartasura Health Center. The sample in the study were 29 respondents using the total sampling technique because the population members were no more than one hundred respondents. The data analysis method was used in the form of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the standard error of estimate used at 5% or 0.05. The results shows: 1) Demographic characteristics of the respondents in this study were a large number of female sex, elementary school education and aged 60 years. 2) The level of gymnastic activity in patients with DM type 2 prolanis at the Kartasura Health Center is mostly the activity of inactive gymnastics. 3) The level of blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus DM type 2 prolanis at the Kartasura Health Center are mostly normal blood sugar levels. 4) There is no relationship between the activity of gymnastics with blood sugar levels in patients with DM type 2 prolanis participants at the Kartasura Health Center.
