Abstract
Concrete basically is a mixture consisting of crude aggregates and refined aggregates mixed with water and cement as binders and fillers between coarse aggregates and fine aggregates and sometimes additives are added. (Kardiono Tjokrodimuljo, 2004). High quality concrete is concrete which has a higher density than concrete in general. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rice husk ash, silicafume, and quartz sand on compressive strength. The planned compressive strength (f’c) is 50 MPa. The addition of silicafume and quartz sand is made the same, which is 10% of the weight of cement. The variation of rice husk ash used is 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the weight of cement. Each variation consists of 3 samples to be tested for compressive strength at the age of concrete 14 days and 28 days. Laboratory results of compressive strength of rice husk ash mixture 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the concrete age of 14 days were obtained the highest compressive strength value of 45.039 N / mm2. Laboratory test results of compressive strength with a mixture of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% husk concrete age of 28 days were obtained the highest concrete compressive strength value of 51,180 N / mm2
