Abstract
This research aim to analyses influence of wage, incentivesand social security to employees performance in Nasmoco Ringroad Mojosongo Surakarta. Population and sample of which is used in this research isemployees inNasmoco Ringroad Mojosongo Surakarta a number of 140respondents. Intake of sample in this research use technique of non-probability sampling. The analyzer used of validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, coefficient of determinacy (R2), t test, and F test.Results of research indicate that there is influence of wage in improving employees performance, there is influence of incentivesin improving employees performance and there is influence of social security in improving employees performance. The simultaneously show there is influence of wage, incentivesand social security to employees performance. Result of the examinationcoefficient of determinacy (R2)indicating theyare, wage, incentivesand social security canexplain variability employees performance.
