Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Performance (CR, DER, NPM, and ROA) on stock prices at food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2017. Sample in this research as many as 14 companies taken by Purposive Sampling. Methods of data analysis using panel data regresssion analysis with the first classical assumption test that includes normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The result of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a positive and no significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2017. While Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2017. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has negative and no significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2017.
