Abstract
This research aim to analyses influence of compensation and work environment to employees performance of PDAM Kabupaten Magetan. Population and sample of which is used in this research is employees at PDAM Kabupaten Magetan a number of 83 respondents. Hypothesis examination in this research used statistical analysis with program of SPSS covering validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, coefficient of determinacy (R2), t test, and F test. Results of research indicate that there is influence of compensation to employees performance. There is influence of work environment to employees performance. The simultaneously show there is influence of compensation and work environment to employees performance. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2) indicating they are, compensation and work environment can explain variability employees performance.
