Abstract

Quality is a standard that must be met in a product to be exported. Bisnis Artha Briket is one of the producers of quality briquettes, but the production of briquettes that are exported now has decreased both in volume and quality because some tools have not met the production target. Stirrer is a tool that becomes an important part besides the printing machine, because the stirrer affects the quality of the density and durability of briquettes. The QFD method is a suitable method for making stirrers with specifications according to production requirements. Based on research results, VOCs are in the form of easy-to-use tools, even results, maintain quality, and speed up the production process.
