Abstract

Hikers are climbers who climb a peak through various terrain. The equipment needed in climbing is very much and almost all equipment requires an adequate source of electrical energy. The problem was then developed in the form of making portable windmill devices using the QFD method. This QFD method helps in designing tools that are tailored to consumer demand. This windmill device is in the form of a beam with aluminum raw material. In this device there are other functions, namely there is a flashlight and SOS signal, can be used as a stick, and this tool can be done breakdown. The testing of this tool is done by generator set using a windmill device with a generator capacity of 0.2 HP which results in an electrical power of 4,6 watts.
