Abstract
There are various types of materials that have different characteristics and properties. In this case, the industry advances technology to develop something useful at this time. This encourages people to conduct research or develop previous research in all fields, especially in the material field. This reason is what makes the need for new material or developments from previous materials, one of the materials that can still be developed is carbon. Because carbon can be used as a research process on particle micro technology, which can support the main material industry. The purpose of this study was to produce carbon nanoparticles using mils shakers with 5/16 steel acacia charcoal and NaOH treatment and to determine the effect of washing charcoal with NaOH and engine speed from collision methods on particle size of acacia charcoal. And get the visualization and particle composition of the tested acacia charcoal Results of PSA testing. In acacia charcoal testing carried out with a 5/16 inch steel ball, particle size can be found with an average of 452.9 nm. The first experiment showed a particle size of 335.7 nm. The second experiment shows a particle size measuring 445.8 nm. Then the third experiment shows a particle size measuring 577.3 nm.
