Abstract

Analysis of this study about the influence of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. Study conducted at Bendosari District Office, Kab. Sukoharjo. The sample taken in the study was 40 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, test validity and reliability. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In a model that is formed the variables of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation are able to explain variable employee performance by 64% the remaining 36% are still influenced by other variables.
