Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and tolerance in students who live in a city and village. The number of subjects who participated in this study was 176 students, with detail of 88 students attending a school in a city and 88 students attending a school in a village. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data was collected using a discipline scale and tolerance scale. Data analysis techniques used is a product moment techniques to determine the relationship between discipline and tolerance. The results of the analysis show that (a) There is a positive relationship between discipline and tolerance, it means that if discipline has a high score then the tolerance will also have a high score.
