Abstract

This research explains about the sale and purchase of online mobile legends account for Muslim teenagers in Bringin village in the perspective of ilslamic law and positive law, explaining how the mechanism of buying and selling online game accounts conducted by muslim teenagers in Bringin village. The purpose of this study was to determine the flow of the mechanism and suitability of buying and selling accounts for online mobile legends. This research is qualitative by using inductive methods. The method of collecting data is using interviews and documentation. The results of this research on buying selling accounts of online mobile legends game are permitted because they did not contain element of gharar, usury, gambling and harm consumers. A muslim teenager in practice using the system cash in delivery, if the transfer is done with the system checking the e-KTP avoid the scams. Buy sell mobile online gaming account performed muslim teen village Bringin no distorted elements in Islam as well as the State.
