Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the commitment on expo committee performance. Analyzing the influence of discipline on expo committee performance. Analyzing the influence of creativity on expo committee performance. Analyzing the influence of the commitment, discipline and creativity on expo committee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all Expo committee of the Computer expo, while the sample used is 50 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Commitment variable had a significant effect on performance. Discipline variables have a significant effect on performance Creativity variables have a significant effect on performance. The results of the F test analysis revealed the value of Fcount > Ftabel (39,072 > 3,15) and a significant value of 0,000 <  (0,05), this means that known variables of Commitment, Discipline and Creativity together have an influence on the performance.
