Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of the Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee Against Corporate Values Moderated by Capital Structure In ManufacturingCompanies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2015 to 2017. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques, data analysis using multiple regression analysis and test Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results from this research that commissioners and no significant negative effect on the value of the company, independent directors and no significant positive effect on the value of the company, the audit committee and a significant positive effect on firm value,capital structure and no significant positive effect on firm value. While the Capital Structure as a moderating variable can’t moderated all independent variables namely the board of commissioners, independent commissioners and audit committee.
