Abstract

The desire to improve quality products is the goal of all business owners. Therefore the tool as a support for producing a product must use a good tool. In the central area of the rambak cracker industry in Masaran Village, Sragen for the production process starting from the manufacture of raw materials for rambak crackers to the drying process, they still use simple or manual tools. So that from some of the production processes there are still a lot of complaints that arise from the workers, such as in the process of stirring the rambak dough, a place that is not ergonomic and enough length of stirring. With the QFD method approach, it is the practice of designing a process in response to the needs of business owners. Then the expected technical parameters will be obtained. Based on the research, a HOQ has been produced with 9 kinds of attributes. With weighting normalization on the highest priority attributes to be developed, it has a value of 13,31 and the lowest is 8,79. As for the parameters on the tool, it can be seen from the highest normalized contribution value of 17.84, which means that the number shows the most important priority parameters.
