Abstract

The aim to be achieved by holding this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all employees of AHASS 1875, AHASS 6509, and AHASS 1212 Kartasura, amounting to 89 employees. Sampling uses the quota sampling technique by setting 50% of the population of each company. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results described in the previous chapter, researchers can draw conclusions, namely jointly variable job satisfaction, and organizational commitment influence jointly on OCB. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB, so the higher job satisfaction the better the OCB. Organizational commitment has a significant influence on OCB so that the higher the organization's commitment the better it will be with OCB. Variable Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at 79.4%. While the remaining 20.7% is explained by other variables outside the model. Keywords : Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment
