Abstract

This research aims to find out the procedure for Gladag Surakarta Branch CIMB Niaga Internet Banking services and knowing the responsibilities of the Gladag Surakarta Branch of CIMB Niaga Bank for internet banking users who experience problems in their use and legal safeguards against internet banking users. This research method is a normative juridical literature method. In normative juridical research, a study that is based on the law that exists in legislation or law is conceptualized as a norm or norm which is a benchmark or goal of human behavior that is deemed appropriate. In this study is descriptive, because the author will explain and describe the object to be examined in the form of problems that arise in the community with certain procedures and situations for legal protection obtained by customers on internet banking (Go-Mobile) services in institutions Bank CIMB NIAGA finance. The results of the study are that with the CIMB Clicks internet banking still an electronic transaction, according to Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) which are very close and closely related to world crime virtual. Because in Indonesia it is very clear that there are laws which regulate crimes in the field of Electronic Systems which in fact means that they can be processed legally.
