Abstract

This study intended to find out the impact of accounting information systems, internal control systems, organizational culture and gender on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Klaten Area. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with 36 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS program. The results of the study with multiple regression show that (1) accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) the internal control system has no positive effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) gender does not affect employee performance.
