Abstract
Pregnancy risks consist of low-risk pregnancies, high-risk pregnancies and very high pregnancy risks. Types of labor consist of normal labor, vacuum, forceps and Sectio Caesaria (SC) surgery. The type of baby's birth status consists of normal and asphyxia. Data on pregnant women who gave birth in RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali during the period of January 2016 to November 2018 were 4,716 people. Research method is descriptive quantitative with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The study was conducted in January-February 2019 with a total of 341 samples. The results of the study: the highest percentage was the category of Very High Risk Pregnancy (KRST) of 195 people, the most labor was Sectio Caesaria 2 (SC) as many as 150 people, and the normal birth status of 171 infants and asphyxia with 24 infants. Conclusion: more than 50% of pregnant women with pregnancy are at very high risk, labor is carried out at most with Sectio Caesaria (SC), and more than 50% of babies are born under normal conditions.
