Abstract

As a developing area Boyolali is a district that has a strategic location, so that many investors compete in the business sector as well as infrastructure to support the development of the region. This Final Project aims to plan a 5-story apartment building with a Medium Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM). The regulations used are the latest regulations (SNI) that have been issued by the government, namely SNI 1726-2012 (Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resilience for Building Structure and Non-Building) and SNI 2847-2013 (Requirements for Structural Concrete for Building Buildings). The building is planned around Adi Soemarmo airport with land classification including SD category (medium land) with modification factor response (R) of 5, building priority factor Ie taken 1.0. The concrete quality used is f’c = 25 MPa, and longitudal reinforcement fy = 390 MPa and fyt shear reinforcement = 300 MPa. The planned beam structure has a dimension of 250/400 for floors 1 to the roof floor. Whereas the planned column has a dimension of 450/450 for floors to roof floors. The building is equipped with supporting facilities in the form of an elevator, there are 2 lifts with a capacity of 1350 kg or 20 people. The lower structure is planned to use a pile foundation with a pole of 1.75 x 1.75 and a pole with a diameter of 25 cm with a depth of 11 m. Building structure mechanics analysis uses "SAP2000" software with 3D portal modeling and for detailed reinforcement depictions using "Autocad" software. The results of the planning obtained 100 mm roof plate thickness with D10-200 staple reinforcement and reinforcement for D8-260. The thickness of the 2nd floor plate to the engine room floor is 120 mm with the main reinforcement D10-240 and reinforcement for D8-220. Reinforced concrete ladder with 120 mm thickness with basic reinforcement of D10 stair and landing body and reinforcement for D8. Beams 250/400 with longitudinal reinforcement D22 and Ø10 shear reinforcement, columns obtained dimensions 450/450 with longitudinal reinforcement D22 and Ø10 shear reinforcement. The dimensions of the pile 250x250 mm are arranged at a depth of 11 m with longitudinal reinforcement D12 and shear reinforcement ϕ8. The foundation piles are 1750x1750x750 mm with D19 main reinforcement and D16 reinforcement. Sloof 250/400 dimensions with reinforced length D22 and shear reinforcement ϕ8 for support, ϕ 6 for field.
