Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the influence of profitability, asset structure and company size to capital structure on food and beverage company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling based on the criteria of food and beverage company listed on the Stock Exchange and publish financial reports are complete and present the data include the data of the studied variables during the study period (2013- 2017), in order to obtain a sample 14 companies. This study used multiple linear regression models. The result of the study to obtain the proxy profitability (ROE) have positive and significant effect on capital structure, asset structure have positive and significant effect on capital structure and company size have negative and not significant effect on capital structure.
