Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, investment decisions and profitability simultaneously or partially on firm value. The research population is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2015-2017. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 88 companies. This study uses a Multiple Linear test. The results of this study are that simultaneusly debt policy, investment decisions and profitability has affected on firm value. Partially debt policy has no affected on firm value. Investment desicion and profitability has affected on firm value.
