Abstract

This thesis is entitled Overview of Islamic Law on Franchise Business at Crunchy Molen Kreess Nolodutan Surakarta. Which examines the franchise business seen from an Islamic perspective. franchise which is a business concept carried out by marketing or distributing goods or services, to consumers as a form of expansion (business expansion), by offering or franchising the business to prospective second parties namely franchisees, and those who inherit the business are called franchisor (franchisor). Then the two parties collaborate and there is an agreement regarding the loss and profit and the term of the agreement. The problem in this study is how the franchise practice was done by Crunchy Food entrepreneur Molen Kreess. Which raises the question of how Franchising practices and as a Muslim would want to know the Islamic legal review of the franchise. The purpose of this research is to find out about Islamic law review used in franchise franchise business. This research method is descriptive qualitative by inductively analyzing data. The results of this study are that the practice applied by Crunchy Molen Kress in Franchising in general is in accordance with the legal legality prevailing in Indonesia. When viewed according to Islamic law, it turns out that the franchise conducted by Crunchy Molen Kress is a combination of syirkah ‘inan contract and ijarah contract.
