Abstract

This survey is the ruselt of a field student of Islamic law on the practice of peanut zakat in the kaliwungu village of Semarang regency. With the aim of being a problem statement. Haw is the practice of peanut zakat is Kaliwungu village, semarang district? And how the Islamic legal review the Islamic of zakat on paunuts in Kaliwungu? This study discusses the practice of peanunt zakat in Kaliwungu village Semarang regency can be discussed by muslim farmers in the village, with fewer reasons related to Islamic laws, zakat is needed, zakat practice in Kaliwungu village is not well realized in accordance with shari’a approval. The purpose of this study is to be used as a scientific for the academic community in Kaliwungu village, Semarang regency and the application of zakat for peanuts, so that there is not hope that the community will not apply agricultural zakat and those who have issued zakat in order with Islamic law. The method used in this study is qualitative, based on field research based, on interviews, with farming communities. Muslims in Kaliwungu village, Semarang regency the mothod used in collection data is by observartion and documentation. The results of research conducted by recearchres based on the method above are that in the application of peanut zakat of Kaliwungu village there are still many who do not implemented it are not in accordance with Islamic law.
