The objectives of this study are to describe the content validity of English test items of the seventh year of bilingual program of SMPN 2 Jepara in 2008/2009 academic year based on the School Level-Based Curriculum and to describe the content validity of English test item of the seventh year of bilingual program of SMPN 2 Jepara based on their cognitive level.
