Abstract

In the era of technology development which develops rapidly from year by year made information system technology very affect on public sector organisations especially in the field of accounting, the goal is to provide facilities for users to produce information which can be trusted, on time, complete, to be understood and capable. The objectives of the research is to find the influence of the involvement of users in system development, the ability personal technique, formalization of system development, and training and education programs on the performance of accounting information systems at RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Regency. The sample in this study were 37 respondents from 43 questionnaires spread out, all of whom were permanent employees in the finance, administration, cashier, and warehouse sections who worked in RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there are three influential variables in this study, namely the variable personal technical ability, formalization of the development of information systems and training and education programs. As well as one variable that is not influential is the variable user involvement in system development.
