Abstract

The game of basketball is a sport that is popular with various groups but this game has a risk of injury. One way to prevent injury is to increase the dynamic balance on the players to perform neuromuscular training. This exercise aims to improve strength, endurance and dynamic balance. The whole point of this exercise focuses on strength, plyometric and agility that are designed to improve the health and skill related components of physical fitness. At the neuromuscular technique training to be conducted in this study using a combination of plyometric and core stability. This study uses quarsi experiment with pre-test and post-test two group design. The study was conducted on 17 respondents were divided into a treatment group and a group dick. After the dynamic equilibrium in the evaluation exercise using the Y balance test were compared between the pre test and post test. The data obtained were analyzed and the results obtained by testing the effect of the paired t - test p - value p value of 0.021. Based on these results mean no significant effect on the administration of neuromuscular training on the dynamic equilibrium of basketball players.
