Abstract
Abstract The house is a place of final destination of human. The house becomes a shelter from weather and environmental conditions, other than that the house becomes part of the human lifestyle. Investment planning begins with several stages, including searching primary and secondary data and then distributing questionnaires, the results of the questionnaire and then managed using SPSS program to test the feasibility of data. The economic analysis test includes Payback Period (PP), Return On Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Break Event Point (BEP), Profitability Index (IP). Based on the results of the calculation of PP occurs on 13,48 Months, ROI after taxes worth 3,438% per month = 41,257% per year, NPV of (+) Rp. 1.356.911.620,73 (IRR) is worth 61,07%> 12,5%, BCR of 1.11> 1, BEP occurs when 20 housing units are sold, IP is 1,11> 1. Based on these results it can be concluded that investment in Plesungan Village Gondangrejo Sub- Karanganyar regency is worth doing. Keywords : Planning, Investment, Analysis Economic
