Abstract

The extent of agricultural land provides considerable benefits for farmers and users of agricultural products that exist throughout Indonesia. In addition to producing food staples, waste from agricultural products can also be reused by processing it into compost organic fertilizer. Compost organic fertilizer is a new business opportunity, but it needs to be analyzed first whether this business is feasible or not in financial and non-financial terms. The method used is NPV, IRR, Profitability index and payback period. And from this research obtained financial analysis, namely FHA 5 organic fertilizer business is feasible to be a business and even very promising with NPV value> 0 which is equal to Rp 176.169.798.00. IRR is 77% where the IRR value is greater than the discount rate of 26%. And the PI value> 1 is 2,157. And the payback period occurs in the 2nd year.
