Abstract

Material about the solar system has been introduced to elementary school students in the education system in Indonesia, precisely in the 2013 curriculum, the revised results of the previous curriculum are updated. Where learning material has been adapted to the times and technology. But the material learning of the solar system at SDIT Nur Hidayah still uses the old method where the teacher explained the learning material to students with book media, then read it again by the students. Sometimes this method is less effective in increasing students' interest in learning about solar system material. So, to increase interest in learning in students, a learning media in the form of educational games is made to study the solar system. This study applies the method of observation and interviews. The game was created using software construct 2 and CorelDraw as graphic editing. Testing for games is done by the blackbox method and questionnaire. Students and teachers are given the opportunity to try the game directly. The results obtained from the questionnaire filled in by students and teachers show that this game is cool to play and can be a medium of learning about the solar system
