Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of firm profitability, company size,leverage, and liquidity to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population of the study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2014-2016. Sampling method in this research using purposive sampling (sampling method based on certain criteria). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results show that the company profitability does not affects the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while the size, leverage, and liquidity affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
